Which account type do I have on Employment Hero Work?

You will have one of two account types on Employment Hero Work: HR and Payroll or Payroll-only.

You can check which account type you have by looking at the top menu in your EH Work app's Work section.

Do I have an HR and Payroll account?

To check if you have an HR and Payroll account:

  1. Open your EH Work app.
  2. From your homepage, tap Work.

  3. Check the top menu bar:

    If it starts with Notifications (bell icon), Callouts (megaphone icon), Pay slips, and Events, you have an HR and Payroll account.

Do I have a Payroll-only account?

To check if you have a Payroll-only account:

  1. Open your EH Work app.
  2. From your homepage, tap Work.

  3. Check the top menu bar:

    If it starts with Pay slips, Leave, and Timesheets, you have a Payroll-only account.
