Employment Hero Work is a mobile app for employees and managers to handle work tasks, pay, career development, and benefits.
Users can manage earnings, request leave, complete training, and stay connected with company news and direct messaging with managers and HR.
EH Work has four main sections:
- Work – manage admin, training, and timesheets
- Money – access earnings and savings
- Career – explore internal roles and hiring opportunities
- Benefits – receive financial rewards

In the Money section, you can:
- Get paid on-demand and keep track of your savings
- Use the flexible and credit-free salary tool, Earned Wage Access (EWA)
- Use your own EH Work Visa Debit card and EH Work Spend account
- Shop with Google Pay and Apple Pay

- Save on everyday expenses with gift cards and cashback offers
- Access the Employment Hero Work store to manage your rewards
- View and utilise your Hero Points whenever your employer provides them
