Why can I not access pay slips from my EH Work payroll account?

Your employer manages access to this feature. If you cannot submit, view, or access your pay slips in the EH Work app, contact your employer to check if this is a feature they are using. If your employer is using this feature, and you still cannot access your payslips, check the following:

• Your EH Work app is up to date.
• Sign out of EH Work and log back into EH Work again.
• Uninstall and reinstall your EH Work app.

If the issue persists, it might be related to system slowness. Try these steps:

1. Use a different browser.
2. Clear your cache and cookies.
3. Enable all cookies in your browser settings.
