Why can I not access expenses from my EH Work payroll account?
Answer
Your employer manages access to this feature. If you cannot submit expenses in the EH Work app, contact your employer to check if this is a feature they are using. If your employer is using this feature, and you still cannot access expenses, check the following:
- Your EH Work app is up to date.
- Sign out of EH Work and log back into EH Work again.
- Uninstall and reinstall your EH Work app.
