I am missing features in Employment Hero Work. What do I do? | FAQ

Employment Hero Work has all of the same features that you used to use in your HR software and the now-decommissioned WorkZone app. If you are unable to find some features that you used to use, see below for the reasons that this might be occurring.

Important

Employment Hero Work has the same functionality since it changed from the HR software and WorkZone app. All existing features you have previously used on an HRIS-connected app or on WorkZone are present in the Employment Hero Work app.

Features may have moved

The Employment Hero Work app has the same existing functionality as the previous HR software and now-decommissioned WorkZone app with some added functionality (such as Career). Employment Hero Work has the same functionality since it changed from the HR software and now-decommissioned WorkZone app.

If you cannot find a feature that you used to use in your existing app, this might be moved to a new location. Search in the search bar on the Employment Hero Work home screen for your existing feature, and you will see articles that provide step-by-step instructions on how to access features in Employment Hero Work.

Your employer's software dictates what you can see
What you can see in Employment Hero Work will depend on the type of software that your employer is using. Your employer might be using HR software. If they are, then this section of Work applies to you. If they are using a payroll-only account, then this section of Work applies to you. 
Ask your employer to check your feature permissions and settings
If there are features that you can no longer access in Employment Hero Work, ask your employer to check your permissions and settings, as they may have changed these.
