Which version of Employment Hero Work am I using?

There are two different Work views, and which one you see depends on the software that your workplace is using.

Employer uses HRIS software

Employment Hero Work users who use an existing HR app will be in this category. Employment Hero Work users with a workplace using HRIS software will experience the following:

  • Along the top bar, there will be Home, followed by a bell icon (notifications), followed by a megaphone icon (company feed), then payslips, then events.

  • Additional HR and pay-related features can be accessed by scrolling left on the top bar.

Warning

If you have identified that your workplace uses HRIS software, articles that have "WorkZone" in the title should not be relevant to you.

Employers using payroll-only software

Employment Hero Work users who use the existing WorkZone app will be in this category. Employment Hero Work users with a workplace using payroll-only software will experience the following:

  • Along the top bar, there will be only pay-related features. This begins with Home, Payslips, Leave, Timesheets, and Expenses.
  • Additional HR and pay-related features can be accessed by scrolling left on the top bar.

Warning

If you have identified that your employer uses payroll-only software, look for articles with "payroll-only" in the title, as they will be relevant to your experience.
