How do I add another Employment Hero Work account to my Employment Hero Work app, and how do I switch between these accounts?
Answer
You can add accounts via the profile page, and switch between profiles using the multiple profile switcher.
Add an account
- Login into your EH Work app.
- Tap the Profile button.
- Tap the Switch/add Account
button. - Tap the Add an Account
button. - Enter your account email
and password. - Tap the Login button.
Switch accounts
- Login into your EH Work app.
- Tap the Profile button.
- Tap the Switch/add Account
button. - Select the account you
would like to switch to.

Hi - I have an employee who I have sent an activation email to (employment hero pay roll only software). When she opens the link in the email it sets up perfectly in Google browser but not in the app. In the app it only shows her previous employee details. We have tried adding a new account etc and it says 'reminder to complete onboarding' and when we try to do that it says 'we're sorry something went wrong'. Can someone please help? Kindest Regards
Hi Paige Lumb, does the issue occur after uninstalling and reinstalling the Swag app from their device's respective App Store?
