Hi - I have an employee who I have sent an activation email to (employment hero pay roll only software). When she opens the link in the email it sets up perfectly in Google browser but not in the app. In the app it only shows her previous employee details. We have tried adding a new account etc and it says 'reminder to complete onboarding' and when we try to do that it says 'we're sorry something went wrong'. Can someone please help? Kindest Regards
