Add, view, and delete my candidate intro video on the Employment Hero Jobs Web Platform

You can upload a video to your Employment Hero Jobs profile to add that personal touch to your public profile page. The Videos feature allows you to upload a video to your profile, edit the data if it needs changing, and remove the video if you no longer want it showing on your profile.

Manage data

Add video to your profile
  1. Log in to your Employment Hero Jobs account.
  2. Click the Job Search button on the top menu (you can also click the Applications button).
  3. Click the Record your video now button.

  4. If your browser asks for permission to use your microphone and camera, grant permission to use both.
  5. When you are ready, click the record (white circle) button.

  6. Wait for the three second timer to finish, then introduce yourself, your experience, and your career interests (you have up to one minute).
  7. Click the stop (red square) button.
  8. Click the play button (on the bottom left corner of your video) to watch your recording back.
  9. If you are satisfied with your recording, click the Use this video button (otherwise, click the Re-take this video button and repeat steps 5, 6, 7, and 8).

  10. Wait until the purple text says 100% uploaded.

  11. Your video will now be saved to your profile (see the below section 'View your saved video' to learn how to access it).
View your saved video
  1. Log in to your Employment Hero Jobs account.
  2. Click your email address (in the top right corner of the screen) then click Profile.

  4. To watch your video again, click the Play button in the middle of the video.

Delete data

Delete uploaded video
  1. Log in to your Employment Hero Jobs account.
  2. Click your email address (in the top right corner of the screen) then click Profile.

  3. View your video on the left of the page.
  4. Click the Delete button.

  5. On the confirmation window, click Delete.

Edit data

Edit personal details
  1. Log in to your Employment Hero Jobs account.
  2. Click your email address (in the top right corner of the screen) then click Profile.

  3. Click the Edit button.

  4. Edit the required information then click the Save button.

    Helpful Hint

    We use your address to recommend roles near you to reduce travel time and cost.
