How do I create an account?
Answer
You can use the Create an Account feature to create a new account on our Employment Hero Jobs platform.
Create an account
- Go to the Employment Hero Jobs platform
- Click the Sign Up button.
- Complete the following fields:
- First name.
- Last name.
- Email.
- Country.
- Password.
- Click the Register button.
- You will be taken to a landing page. Toggle on SmartMatch - find great opportunities for me.
- Click the Set up SmartMatch button to proceed.
- Upload your CV to pre-populate details in your Employment Hero profile.
- Review your uploaded personal details, and click Continue.
- Go to your email account and locate the confirmation email.
- Click Verify your account. If your account has not been verified yet, you will not be able to:
- Share your profile with the public.
- Download your profile.
- Express an interest in roles that are not available yet.
- Log in to other Employment Hero sections.
Warning
You have 72 hours to verify your account. If your account is not verified within that window, you will be locked out. All actions will be disabled for you, except for the following:
- Logging in.
- Ask for a password reset.
- View the home page.
- Searching for jobs.
- If you cannot find the confirmation email, click Resend at the top of any page in Employment Hero. Then, go back to Step 9.
