Download the Employment Hero Work app as an employee

1. Search "Employment Hero Work" in the App Store.
2. Tap Get on the app called Employment Hero Work by Employment Hero.
3. Once the app has been downloaded, tap the Open button.
4. Enter the email address and password that is linked to your HR or Payroll profile, then tap Log In.
5. Enter the authentication number that will have been sent to your mobile device, then tap Verify.
6. Enter a six-digit passcode of your choice when prompted.
   
7. Re-enter your new passcode to confirm it.
   
8. A Notifications dialogue will appear. Tap Allow if you want Employment Hero Work to send you notifications, or tap Don't Allow if you'd rather not receive notifications.
9. If you would like to use Face ID to log in, tap Turn on Face ID. Otherwise, click Later to dismiss the use of Face ID.
   

1. Search "Employment Hero Work" in the Google Play store.
2. Tap Install.
3. Once the app has downloaded, tap Open.
4. Enter the email address linked to your HR or Payroll profile then tap Get Started.
5. Enter the password linked to your HR or Payroll profile then tap Log In.
6. Enter the six-digit authentication number that is sent to your mobile device then tap Verify.
   
   

   Helpful Hint

   The 2-Factor Authentication page will have a Remember this device for 45 days checkbox. If you tick this, every time you try to log in over the next 45 days, the Employment Hero Work app will not require you to use two-factor authentication.

7. Enter your chosen six-digit passcode.
   
8. Enter your new passcode again to confirm it.
   

If you are logging in to the Employment Hero Work app as an employee of a company, you should enter the same email address and password that is linked to your employer's HR platform.

If you are unsure what your relevant email address or password is, contact your employer to find out.

If you are logging in to the Employment Hero Work app as a jobseeker, you can use your personal email address and choose a password.

As a previous user of WorkZone (Employment Hero Work's predecessor app), once you have installed the Employment Hero Work app on your device, you can use your existing WorkZone email address and password to log in to the app.
