The Certification feature in EH Work allows you to upload a certificate that your company requires of you.
You can also use this feature to view all your uploaded certificates and the status of each submission.

Uploading a certificate
- Log in to the EH Work app.
- Tap Work on the horizontal, scrollable menu bar at the top of the screen.
- Tap Certifications on the horizontal, scrollable menu bar at the top of the screen.
- Tap your desired certification to add.
- Tap Edit.
- Add your issue date.
- Add any driving offences/accidents/cancellations information.
- Tap + Supporting Documentation to upload a photo (or other file format) of any relevant copy of your certification or supporting document.
- Tap Save.
How do I view my uploaded certificates?
How do I view my uploaded documents?
You can use the Uploaded Documents mobile app feature to view information on your allocated files, such as team meeting notes, project scoping documents, and role-specific process flow charts.
Viewing uploaded documents
Important
You can view PDF, DOC, DOCX, PNG, JPEG and CSV uploaded files via the mobile app.
- Log in to the EH Work app.
- Tap Work on the horizontal, scrollable menu bar at the top of the screen.
- Tap Uploaded Documents along the horizontal, scrollable menu bar at the top of the screen.
- View the uploaded documents (which you will need to have previously added to your HRIS platform).
Helpful Hint
You are only able to view your previously uploaded documents in the Work page of your EH Work app. If you want to upload other documentation, you need to do so on your company's HRIS platform.
