From 24 February 2026, HR users on EH Work will begin receiving an updated Home Dashboard experience as part of a phased rollout.
This release enhances the dashboard experience and introduces a new Global Header, improving navigation, visibility of key tasks, and overall better usability across the mobile app.
There are no changes to core HR workflows or functionality. This is an experience and navigation enhancement.
What is changing?
1. Enhanced Dashboard Features
The new HR Home Dashboard includes:
- A global header for consistent navigation and access to important features across the entire app.
- Quicklinks expansion for faster access to key areas, including new Timesheet and Workforce Visibility Quicklinks.
- A new structured layout with defined sections for improved clarity and actionability directly from the home dashboard.
- A sticky header to maintain context while scrolling.
- An improved bottom navigation bar for easier access and switching between core mini-apps (Home, Work, Money, Perks, Careers).
2. Introduction of the Global Header
As part of this rollout, we are introducing a Global Header to improve cross-app navigation.
The Global Header includes:
- An organisation switcher (moved into the header for easier access).
- A global search tool for supporting users with navigating the app.
- Notifications access.
- My Profile access.
This creates a consistent and accessible navigation layer across EH Work. The update also makes it easier for HR users to move between areas of the app without losing context.
3. Improved Task Visibility for HR Users
HR managers and employees will continue to see task visibility surfaced clearly on the Home Dashboard. This helps ensure that time-sensitive actions are visible immediately upon app entry.
The dashboard enhancement supports faster action on approvals and important updates.
