Navigate my profile in my Employment Hero Work app

Add your overview

1. Log in to the Employment Hero Work app.
2. Tap on your profile picture in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
3. Tap on My Profile.
4. Tap on See more to view and edit your overview. Here you can add About (your professional bio), your company email, your company mobile number and what team you are part of within your organisation. Tap on Edit if you wish to edit these fields. Once you have finished editing, tap on Save.

Add personal and contact information

1. Log in to the Employment Hero Work app.
2. Tap on your profile picture in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
3. Tap on My Profile.
4. Tap on Personal Details.
5. Once you have finished adding your personal details and contact information, click Save.
   
   

   Warning

   Any updates made in Work will only update the Work section of Employment Hero Work. If you want to update your personal details in the Money or Career sections, you will have to click on the Money and/or Career icon on the Employment Hero Work home screen and update your personal details there.

Access your Employment History

1. Log in to the Employment Hero Work app.
2. Tap on your profile picture in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
3. Tap on My Profile.
4. Tap on Employment History. This will display details of your current and previously-held roles within your organisation.

Access your Banking Details

1. Log in to the Employment Hero Work app.
2. Tap on your profile picture in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
3. Tap on My Profile.
4. Tap on Banking Details. You will be able to view your bank details here. 

Access your Tax and NI Pension details

1. Log in to the Employment Hero Work app.
2. Tap on your profile picture in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
3. Tap on My Profile.
4. Tap on Tax and NI details. You will be able to view pension details here. 

Access your Emergency Contacts

1. Log in to the Employment Hero Work app.
2. Tap on your profile picture in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
3. Tap on My Profile.
4. Tap on Emergency Contacts You will be able to view and edit your emergency contact details here. 

Choose Quick Log Out

1. Log into the Employment Hero Work app.
2. Tap on your profile picture in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
3. Tap on My Profile.
4. Tap on the arrow icon following Log Out. This gives you 2 Options - Quick Log Out and Full Log Out.
5. Quick Log Out triggers the same functionality as a Session Time Out, Full Log Out trigger the same functionality as the current Log Out experience.

Set your language

1. Log in to the Employment Hero Work app.
2. Tap on your profile picture in the top right-hand corner of the screen to access My Account.
3. Tap on Settings.
4. Tap on Language. 
5. Choose your preferred language for the Employment Hero Work app. 

Set your time zone

1. Log in to the Employment Hero Work app.
2. Tap on your profile picture in the top right-hand corner of the screen to access My Account
3. Tap on Settings.
4. Tap on Time Zone.
5. Here you can choose your app time zone for your location.

Set your notification settings

1. Log in to the Employment Hero Work app.
2. Tap on your profile picture in the top right-hand corner of the screen to access My Account.
3. Tap on Settings.
4. Tap on Notification Settings.
5. Here you can choose the times and days that you receive Employment Hero Work notifications. 

Choose your security settings

1. Log in to the Employment Hero Work app.
2. Tap on your profile picture in the top right-hand corner of the screen to access My Account.
3. Tap on Settings.
4. Tap on Security.
5. Here you can choose whether you use Face ID with the Employment Hero Work app, change your passcode, whether you want two-factor authentication on for your Employment Hero Work app, and change your account password.

1. Log in to the Employment Hero Work app.
2. Tap on your profile picture in the top right-hand corner of the screen to access My Account.
3. Tap on The Legal Stuff.
4. This will take you to Employment Hero Work's Legal Centre to read our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Partner Agreements, Promotional Offers, Cookie Policy, and GDPR Data Processing Terms. 

Set your language

1. Log in to the Employment Hero Work app.
2. Tap on your profile picture in the top right-hand corner of the screen to access My Account.
3. Tap on Settings.
4. Tap on Language.

5. Here you can choose your app time zone for your location.
