The in-store cashback option in Employment Hero Work (EH Work) app Benefits allows you to get a percentage of the money spent back into your EH Work app Spend Account account when you shop in the EH Work app Store.
How to enrol a card
Enrolling a card
Important
You will first need to enrol a card to be able to receive your cashback.
- Open the EH Work app.
- Tap on the Benefits icon.
- Tap on Settings.
- Tap on Manage Enrolled Cards.
- Tap on Add Card.
- Enter the card details you would like to enrol for cashbacks:
- Card number
- Expiry date
- Bank provider
- Tap Add to save the new card.
Important
You can enrol up to 5 Visa cards (including your EH Work app Visa Debit card) and up to 5 Mastercards.

How to make cashback purchase in-store
- Shop at the retailer in-store.
- Pay for your purchase with any cashback-enrolled card.
- View your pending transaction and cashback on your Benefits home screen in the EH Work app.
- We will deposit your cashback into your EH Work app Spend account.
Find in-store cashback offers by location
- Log into your EH Work app.
- Tap on the Benefits icon.
- Tap on In-store.
- EH Work app will ask for permission to use your location to find cashback offers near you. Tap Allow Once or Allow While Using App.
- EH Work app will then display cashback offers near you.
How to get Cashback online
How to make cashback purchase online
- Open the EH Work app.
- Tap on the Benefits icon.
- Tap on Cashback.
- Here you can use the search bar to search for online offers, or tap on the category tiles to browse cashback offers.
Important
You must enrol a card before you can start shopping.
- Tap on the online store from which you wish to make a purchase.
- You can read the retailer's terms and conditions, and how the offer works here. Tap Shop now.
- You will be redirected to the retailer's online store. Complete your online purchase as normal on the retailer website.

- Open the EH Work app.
- Tap on the Benefits icon.
- Tap on Purchases.
- Tap on Cashback.
- Here you will see your lifetime cashback savings, any pending cashback savings, confirmed cashback savings and your cashback transaction history.
When do I receive my Cashback
When do I receive my cashback?
For purchases made in-store, you should see your cashback immediately. Purchases made online via the EH Work app may take 30-90 days before the cashback is deposited into your EH Work app Spend account. This cashback waiting period will be confirmed on your selected vendor's terms and conditions. You can check the status of a Cashback at any time in the EH Work app under the Benefits tab.
