Answers
Can EH Work block installation on jailbroken iPhones and rooted Android devices?
Not at this stage.
If EH Work is installed on a jailbroken iPhone or rooted Android device, can EH Work detect and report?
EH Work will detect a jailbroken or rooted device and send a notification to the user that EH Work will not be liable should a breach occur. At this stage, EH Work will only send a notification to the user. If a business would like to request a notification of an employee using a jailbroken or rooted device, contact the support team here.
Can EH Work enforce multi-factor authentication?
If it has been enabled by your organisation to enforce multi-factor authentication on their employee accounts, then EH Work requires users to set it up upon their access to EH Work sign up.
Can EH Work detect compromised logins?
Not at this stage.
Can EH Work detect how many devices are registered under a user's login? Can this be limited?
EH Work can track the IP address of the user at time of login. EH Work will also log the device info (whether iPhone or Android, which OS version,) but not all the devices currently registered for the EH Work account. EH Work cannot limit the number of devices registered to a single user account at this stage.
