A Stash account is a sub-account within your Swag Spend account to help manage your finances.
Swag Spend account holders can create up to 9 Stash accounts to which you can transfer money. You will be able to name your Stash accounts, set money targets and categorise your Stash account as a holiday savings account, a bill management account or any category that works for your financial management.
You will be able to stay in control by keeping money for important things separate from the rest of your Swag Spend Account balance.
- Log into the Employment Hero Work app.
- Tap on Money.
- Tap on Stash along the top bar, or tap on the Stash tile in the middle of the screen.
- Tap Create Stash button.
- Add a name for your Stash account.
- Set a financial goal for your Stash account.
- Confirm your Stash details.
- Your Stash account has now been set up.
- Log into the Employment Hero Work app.
- Tap on Money.
- Tap on Stash along the top bar.
- Tap on the account you want to add funds to.
- Tap on Add funds.
- Type in the amount of money you wish to add, then tap Confirm.
- This then allocates funds from your main Swag Spend account to your designated Stash account.
- Log into the Employment Hero Work app.
- Tap on Money.
- Tap on Stash along the top bar.
- Tap on the account you want to withdraw funds from.
- Enter the amount that you wish to withdraw, then click Confirm.
Important
If you withdraw the entire balance from a Stash account, you can then close the Stash account by tapping on Confirm & close Stash.
- Log into the Employment Hero Work app.
- Tap on Money.
- Tap on Stash along the top bar.
- Tap on the account you want to close.
- Tap on the bin icon in the top right-hand corner.
- Tap on Delete this Stash.
Important
When you close a Stash account, any remaining balance from the closed account will automatically transfer into your main Swag Spend account.
