Will my employees get job offers from other companies on the EH Work app?
All active employees under organisations using Employment Hero will not receive any job recommendations from candidate matching or other companies on the EH Work app. Only internal jobs appear in Career for employees.
If I am hiring, can I see profiles of people not connected to my company?
As a hirer, you can see candidate profiles in the Recruitment module on the website version of the Employment Hero platform. However, these profiles are not available on the EH Work mobile app.

I have hired a new employee. Can they still see other job boards once they are hired by our company?
When a candidate from EH Jobs is onboarded into Employment Hero, the EH Work app will automatically update to show the now-employee only public and internal roles posted by your organisation.
