You can now download your monthly Swag Spend Account statements directly from the Employment Hero Work app. This feature allows you to access professional PDF statements for loan applications, rental agreements, or financial reviews without contacting support.
Important
You can download monthly statements from the date your Swag Spend Account was created. For custom date ranges, please contact support.
Download your Swag Spend Account statement
- Log into the Employment Hero Work app.
- Tap on the Money icon.
- Tap on Spend along the top bar.
- Tap on the + icon, then click Payments.
- Tap on Statements.
- Choose the date of the statement you want to download from the available monthly options.
- Tap the Download button to save the statement as a PDF to your device.
Important
Your downloaded statement includes all transaction data and account information in a professional format suitable for sharing with banks, landlords, or other financial institutions.
What's included in your statement
Your monthly Swag Spend Account statement contains:
- Account holder information
- Statement period dates
- Opening and closing balances
- Complete transaction history for the month
- Transaction dates, descriptions, and amounts
