How to schedule a meeting in app as an EH Jobs hirer

 The EH Jobs app includes a scheduling feature that allows you to easily set up meetings with candidates.

Steps

  1. Tap the Favorites button.
  2. Find and tap on an In Progress candidate's message.
  3. In the bottom left of the screen, tap the Calendar button.
  4. Complete the needed fields and then tap the Send Invite button
  5. To view all your scheduled meetings, exit the Favourites section and tap the Schedule button.
  6. This section will display a list of all upcoming meetings you​ have arranged through the app,

  • Timely Responses: Schedule meetings as soon as you decide to interview a candidate to ensure availability and demonstrate professionalism.
  • Clear Communication: Use the notes section in the scheduling tool to clearly communicate the purpose of the meeting, any preparation required, and specific topics to be discussed.
  • Regular Updates: Regularly check and update your scheduled meetings to accommodate any changes or cancellations, ensuring smooth coordination.
