- Log into your Employment Hero Work app.
- From your Employment Hero Work dashboard, tap on your profile photo or initials in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Scroll down to Need help?
- Tap on Employment Hero Work Help Centre.
- This will open a browser in-app displaying the Employment Hero Work help centre.
- In the search bar, type your search query.
- Tap Search.
Report a bug
Report a bug in Employment Hero Work
- Log into your Employment Hero Work app.
- From your Employment Hero Work dashboard, tap on your profile photo or initials in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Scroll down to Need help?
- Tap on Report a bug.
- Add the following details:
- Feature
- I am an...
- Topic
- Description
- Tap Submit.
Share your feedback
Share your feedback about Employment Hero Work
- Log into your Employment Hero Work app.
- From your Employment Hero Work dashboard, tap on your profile photo or initials in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Scroll down to Need help?
- Tap on Share your feedback.
- If yes, tap on Yes.
- You will be asked to rate Employment Hero Work in the app store. Tap on Rate it now to be redirected to the app store.
- If no, tap on No.
- Add your feedback, then tap Submit.
