How do I request to schedule my Earned Wage Access?

Earned wage access allows you to receive your wages before your scheduled payday. Instead of waiting for the traditional bi-weekly or monthly paycheck, you can access your hard-earned money when you need it most.

With earned wage access, you have the flexibility to schedule your earnings to be paid out daily, once you reach a specific balance, or on demand. This service can be particularly beneficial in managing unexpected expenses, providing financial stability, and giving you greater control over your finances.

Earned wage access is the new name for the feature formerly called InstaPay, which is currently undergoing rebranding.

Schedule earned wage payments

How to schedule your earnings to be paid daily
  1. Log into the EH Work app.
  2. Tap the Money icon.
  3. Tap the Income tab.
  4. Tap the Daily button.
  5. Tap the Withdraw button.

  6. Read and agree to the terms and conditions.

  7. Tap Subscribe.
How to withdraw your earnings instantly
  1. Log into the EH Work app.
  2. Tap the Money icon.
  3. Tap the Income tab.
  4. Tap the Now button.
  5. Choose the amount you want to withdraw. You can choose a custom amount by selecting Other.
  6. Click the Withdraw button.

  7. Check the account into which the money will be paid. You can tap on the account to change it if required.

  8. Check the details, then tap Confirm.

How to schedule recurring payments for your earned wages
  1. Log into the EH Work app.
  2. Tap the Money icon.
  3. Tap the Income tab.
  4. Tap the Recurring button.
  5. Set a withdrawal amount. You can choose a custom amount by clicking Other.
  6. Tap the Withdraw button.

  7. Check the amount you will receive.
  8. Check the account into which the money will be paid. You can tap on the account to change it if required.
  9. Click Next.

Edit or cancel recurring payments

How to edit a recurring payment
  1. Log into the EH Work app.
  2. Tap the Money icon.
  3. Tap the Income tab.
  4. Tap the Recurring button.
  5. Tap Manage.
  6. Set a new withdrawal amount.
  7. Check the account into which the money will be paid. You can tap on the account to change it if required.
  8. Tap Update.

How to cancel recurring payments
  1. Log into the EH Work app.
  2. Tap the Money icon.
  3. Tap the Income tab.
  4. Tap the Recurring button.
  5. Tap Manage.

Cancel daily EWA payments

Cancel your daily EWA payment
  1. Log into the EH Work app.
  2. Tap the Money icon.
  3. Tap the Income tab.
  4. Tap on Manage.
    click on manage to cancel recurring payments
  5. Tap on Cancel daily subscription.

  6. Tap on Yes, cancel.

Check my EWA payment history

View payment history
  1. Log into the EH Work app.
  2. Tap the Money icon.
  3. Tap the Income tab.
  4. Tap on Manage.
  5. Tap on Earned pay history.
  6. Here you can view your previous EWA transactions.
